Last week I attended a Women's Council of Realtors networking luncheon where I learned first hand about College Hunks Hauling Junk | http://www.1800JunkUSA.com 

A Realtor stood up to inform all of us that her sister passed in Maryland and had a whole house full of stuff.  Since we are in Northern Illinois, logistically it becomes difficult to be here and there.

She contacted these guys, they sorted the stuff for re-cyclables; donations; throw away; etc.  While I've not used them personally, this agent said they really did an outstanding job.
